I require payment by PayPal or money order within 7 days of purchase. If you need additional time, please contact me and I will be happy to make arrangements.
Should the same card be purchased by two shoppers before I've had an opportunity to check the site, the purchase will go the the buyer who purchased it first. I will check my inventory and see if I have a duplicate for the second buyer. If not, I will contact you by e-mail letting you know the situation and refund your money immediatley.
I take care to be as accurate as possible in my listings, however occasionally a card will not be available due to seller error such as a duplicate listing, listing mistake or typo. In that case I will notify you and refund any payment made.
I'm here to supply you with your collection completing cards, and I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not pleased with your cards upon receipt, please contact me within (3) working days, let me know your concerns and we will fix it! If you would like to return a purchase, I will refund your purchase price (less shipping) upon receiving the card back at my home and finding it in resaleable condition.
At this time I'm only shipping to the US and Canada. As I become more familiar with the entire eCrater experience and Customs Documentation, I will offer shipping to other countries as well!
